Bathsheba Grand Chapter 169

What is that to Thee?

When we are following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ, things that were once of great concern do not matter much anymore. When they appear, they are brushed aside like "nagging gnats." Jesus said to Peter who questioned the actions of Judas, "What is that to thee?" (John 21:22)

When we become overly concerned about the actions of others, their attitudes and behaviors toward us, we can be dismayed. Do not allow others to control your feelings by what they say or do. Know that whatever it may be, you are traveling the Jesus Christ way.

Become aware deep down in your soul that the opinions and actions of others are really of no account. What they do or don't do, is just fine.

You are pleasing in God's sight and He loves you, too. Don't forget to remember that whatever it may be, "What is that to thee?" Follow thou the Christ.

"...Peter said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me and I forgive him? Till seventy times seven?"
Mathew 18:21
